  • Gave them every chance to have our business. Called on a Monday to set up service call for the pool pump. Said they would be in touch that day or next. No call or messages. Called back on Thursday to see what was up, and was told the order was in all week. Received a call at close to 9 am on Friday saying they were on their way to unclog my line. That is not what we need done, and weren't at home since noone had called to set up a time. Business lost, and another company called.
