  • Had the please of waiting around for an hour while the idiot personal banker we had tried to figure out how to add a checking account to my already open checking account. She couldn't order the debit cards, and at the end when I went to deposit a check, she deposited into a completely WRONG account (aka my little brothers, who account isn't even connected to mine) and then I was told there was nothing that could be done until the check clears. Needless to say, Jennie, our awesome helper is not someone I would recommend to handle money, let alone work in a bank. Not to mention it was a Friday afternoon on a payday and they only had ONE teller and personal banker working, and the manager was no where to be found. I will never go to this location ever again, even though it's close and convenient to my house. It's the worst branch I've ever been to in my life and will gladly drive out of my way to a branch that has employees that actually know what they are doing. I'm only giving it one star because I have to, because this place doesn't deserve any.
