Patricia , if you knew anything about customer service you would do well to check your attitude and make the customer feel respected . To start " forcing " customer to pay $20 as a tip for extremely poor service is not very customer friendly . Additionally your work was shoddy . The treatment I got was sad and I am lucky I got back home healthy . Blaming groupon for not giving the customer the service they paid for is like blaming Disney land for the bad weather. Fix your work , maybe you will get another customer .
