| - Customer service does not exist here. I've been here twice to service our Accord since it is close to our home, and we wanted to switch dealerships.
The first time was just a simple tire change to change over into winter tires. Should be simple enough. Our other dealership normally takes about 30-40 minutes for this. At Markham Honda....it took (no joke) TWO HOURS for them to change our tires, and this was with an appointment. Ridiculous. When I went up to ask what is taking so long, the service consultant said that they were short on mechanics and there is only 1 person in the garage. Ok fine, give them the benefit of the doubt.
Next time we decide to come and get our car serviced and oil changed. Walk into the service area and stood there waiting. waiting. waiting. no one at the service desk, but there was a cashier (who didn't care we were waiting). Ok...i get it, she's a cashier, maybe she doesn't deal with service appointments. So we continued to just stand around...meanwhile 3 different mechanics, or service people walked by us, saw us waiting and didn't bother to ask if we needed help.. wow.
Took a peek into the showroom, all the salespeople were having a great time chatting and joking around with each other. Please someone tell me how do i get a job here?! since it seems like they can do whatever the eff they want!! I want to be paid to hang out, socialize and ignore customers.
Finally approached the cashier and asked if anyone is at the service desk?? she paged someone for us. Finally. But...no one came. we have been waiting for 15 minutes at this point?! Are you serious?? if we didn't need our car serviced i would have walked right out and never return. Paged someone again...no one. Some other mechanic comes by and tells us the service consultant took a car out on the road for a test. This place is so disorganized, they don't know WTF is going on. give me a break, how unprofessional.
Finally we check our car in for the appointment, the service took an hour and we could finally leave this place forever. Got into our car, and they never replaced the sticker indicating number of KM's until next oil change (not a big deal, but lack of attention to detail really bothers me.)
Thanks Markham Honda for being our worst experience ever with a car dealership/service garage. We will never return, cause you guys suck really bad.
Protip: DON'T COME HERE.
