Too bad. Kind of disappointed considering the pedigree of the Chef. I did not except Robuchon style food but definitely a little bit more inspiration. On a Sunday, service at the bar was " detached" and uninterested. The green salad was plain. The seabass was cooked properly but with just some mashed potatoes and sauteed spinach on the side and no twist. With places such as Lotus of Siam, Raku, Ichiza off the strip, why bother?
