I'm giving this a 3 star even though my haircut ended up terrible. I've been to supercuts in the past and had great experiences. I recently got 8 inches cut off my hair and a long Bob out of it. I went to a salon for that because 8 inches cut off is a lot and I didn't want it turning out bad. I feel like the stylists at Supercuts can be hit or miss. So I finally needed my first trim and decided to go to supercuts, because who wants to pay $55+ for a trim at a salon? I walked in and got sat down right away with Nathan. He was very nice, and it seemed like he knew what he was doing. My hair was half wet/half dry when I left so it wasn't in good condition to really check it out. I got home later and styled it and realized how terrible of a cut it was. One side is very noticeably shorter than the other and it's very choppy all around. I'm afraid to go back to trust someone else to fix it since I don't have much left to work with! I guess it's good to just keep in mind you never know what you'll get with someone who cuts our hair.
