  • I am so happy we found Bartels Busack Pet Hospital. We have two puppies, one is 3 months and the other 9 months. `I live in the Tremont area and was taking my older puppy to a veterinarian here. The problem was not being able to get an appointment when my puppy was sick. They scheduled me a week later which meant the puppy would either be much sicker or better by then. I finally decided to find another vet when we got our newest puppy. I could not be more satisfied with Bartels Busack. They are now taking care of my two puppies. The vet spends as much time as we need to explain what is going on with the puppies. The vet techs are excellent. Both my pups love going to the the vet. We are treated with respect, and the vets and staff spend as much time as we need to explain issues and answer our questions. They are a bit more expensive, but the cost is well worth it--we know that our pets are well taken care of. There is always a follow up call to find out how your pet is doing. I cannot wait to get my dogs registered for doggy daycare. This clinic is the best!! I am grateful to have access to such quality care for my dogs.
