  • The staff here is very friendly and accomadating so they get my one star! This place is tottally under staffed, there is 1 person working in the front office at all times and 85% of the time is giving tours so everytime you call you get VM or if you go in no one is there to help :( Everyone here has dogs, so expect dog pee everywhere. There is 1 elevator in my building and it takes literally 6mins to get from the garage to the 4th floor, SUPER SLOW! It is also verywarm and always smells like dogs. The gate that should only be open with a remote is always broken and wide open allowing anyone to get in. There are a LOT of gay men here, I am not against but I dont appreciate men making out in the pool; or them fondeling eachother in plain sight. It makes me and my friends uncomfortable. The community TV's by the pool NEVER have remotes, they are high off the floor so you would have to be 5'11 to reach (im guessing) Also they have a 60 day move out notification even though u have a lease?? 60 days is just crazy but thats how they keep ppl tied in their contracts for so long. I feel for the ppl who live on the lower floors, I've been in condos below me and u can hear EVERYTHING the ppl above you are doing... kids running, moving furniture, walking, doors shutting etc. They really need to steep up their game, I feel rent here is NOT worth what you get...
