  • I went to the Surprise, AZ location and ordered a steak well done which came out burnt and the manager came over asking me if I would like it replaced said it would just take a few minutes which it took over 10 minutes by the time I got my meal my party was done eating really poor service I didn't get to enjoy my meal with my family.
