  • In February of last year I had an appointment with Michelle for a consultation and ended up booking appointments for several procedures that she recommended. The cost was to be close to $3,000 and so I paid that amount in advance so that I would not have to stop after each procedure and make payment. In August of last year my accountant was working on my quarterly taxes but couldn't balance them so suggested I contact New Image to see if there was a credit. I did and there was of $110. I asked that they mail me a check by the 14th and they agreed however it didn't arrive so after 10 days I contacted Michelle again and she verified my address as correct and was to look into it and mail the check again. The second check did not arrive after another 10 days so I contacted them again and received a call back from someone saying she had mailed a check herself. That check never arrived either so I sent them a demand letter. I should not be having to write this and New Image and Dr. Michael Mall should have had the the integrity to return the over payment last year. So at this point it is most definitely the principal of the situation. You should definitely think twice before dealing with a company with zero integrity. UPDATE: As of this date Dr. Michael Mall has still not refunded the over payment on my account of $110.00
