  • Being a part of the coffee world I am extremely critical of coffee, but recently I've come across Root and I'm not disappointed! The baristas are knowledgable about origins, flavor profiles, disciplined in knowing how to make drinks and can hold great conversation when they're not busy. The rooms atmosphere is that of a college coffee house, and I cannot complain! Hands down one of the best coffee shops in Lakewood!
