  • Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. This is by far the worst Service Department I have ever dealt with. Made an appointment, was a half hour early, sat in the waiting room for over an hour just to be told they aren't going to work on my car. WOW!!! Glad my time is just an valuable as yours. I knew I should have bought the Honda. Not only is the quality better but the folks at the local dealership are the nicest group you'll find unlike Huntersville Ford. Guess the lesson is on me. And HF, just for reference, here's a good definition of Customer Service. Someone in your organization should learn it- Customer service is the act of taking care of the customer's needs by providing and delivering professional, helpful, high quality service and assistance before, during, and after the customer's requirements are met.
