  • I went to college at Auburn in Lee County, Alabama (where it all began), so I know all about Chicken Salad Chick! I was pleasantly surprised when I saw a location a few years ago in Ballantyne and even more pleasantly surprised when I saw this one in Concord only about five minutes from my house! I love a good homemade chicken salad, but I also love the spin the CSC puts on theirs. I'm partial to the Jalapeño Holly - to get a little spice in my life. My wife and I both also love the Fancy Nancy with the Fuji Apple pieces. The staff here has been quite friendly during my two visits and they are more than willing to walk you through the menu if you have any questions.
