  • so glad to finally leave these rainbow apartments, i feel so bad that i referred my brother and sis to move here. when we left they still had 4 miserable months left on there lease :(, they had to spray my apt for roaches every other week for a few months until they finally smogged it. roaches still there and they blame it on food being left on the counter , water is always off, ac never worked, only good thing about the apartments was the new 2 maintenance guys. each time they repaired something they never had to come back for the same thing finally. this star is for them. i could go on about the apartments all day but ill just end it with my move out. do your walk through upon moving out. my deposit was $255.00. my move-out charges are $255.00 exact (figured hahaha) for some holes that were sank in holes from when i moved in the needed "re-patched" lol. over $150 to deep clean. (i had my 2 sisters, daughter, niece, sister in law, husband and brother at the house just for the cleaning. in a small 2 bd room i mean really. to busy to do the walk through so at the end i got fucked over. there are cheaper and better apartments in that area
