  • I have now had two garments taken care d here, and have nothing but good things to say. I had a pair of jeans hemmed while I waited last summer, which I don't think is normally possible, but Nasir seemed to sense my desperation! A simple task, but done neatly nonetheless. I am a frequent vintage shopper and love 50s era shirtdresses for work. I'd found a lovely Neiman Marcus at goodwill that was soft as butter but the proportions were off in a way that I wasn't really able to quantify and I wasn't wearing it. I took it in and he fit me on the spot. I largely let him use his discretion to modernize the fit (as he also makes made to measure items and I was confident in his eye.) $50 and 10 days later I picked it up. The hem had was raised about 18" and thoughtfully recut to be slightly lower in the sides. A personal choice that he immediately explained and offered to switch to something more conventional but it was a lovely tweak. It was taken in perfectly through the torso, and the sleeves had been dismantled and rebuilt in a more flattering fashion. Wonderful. Love this guy.
