  • Amazing service experience. Mid August, my AC was blowing air but the AC unit outside was not turning on. Bottom line, no cool air. I called. The phone receptionist was professional and took down my info. They promptly transferred me to Chris (HVAC on-call, technician) who talked to me over the phone and later came to the house to diagnose the problem. Chris was very cordial, motivated, and professional. I never felt like I he was trying to "pull the wool over my eyes." Chris quickly diagnosed the problem, explained the issue, and had my AC working in no time. The company charges a service visit fee of $89 (half of it is applied to the cost of the repair). The pricing was fair and they provided me with prompt, transparent service. I will definitely use them again.
