rev:text	Okay - so I will start with last year. The first time I went to South End Auto Inspections. It was a Saturday afternoon. I didn't check to see what time they close - I guess I just assumed they would be open all day. Well, I showed up just past their 2pm closing time - as they were pulling down the doors...I apologized and then was planning to ask if I could make an appointment, when they told me to just come in and they would take care of me! WOW - a shocker! They performed my inspection in 10 minutes...no trying to upsell me on anything. I can't even get an oil change without an upsell...$30 later and I was out the door - inspection in hand - ready to go wait on line at DMV. This year, there was NO QUESTION where I was going. Headed over there yesterday, and I walked in the waiting room. There were several people sitting there already and a few cars in the lot, so I thought I would be there about a half hour - No worries - that would have been fine. But the young lady behind the glass was very pleasant as she accepted my keys and told me that it would be just a few minutes. I sat in the waiting room - and was preparing to catch up on some emails, when 10 minutes later, my car was ready! All done - $30 again, and they turned the car around so that I could just drive out. While I was reclaiming my keys, two other people walked in and were praising this place...said they wouldn't have their cars inspected anywhere else. The service is so good there - that I wish I could get my car inspected more than once a year -- I LOVE GREAT SERVICE! Since I can't do that, the next best thing is to tell everyone I know (and people I don't through YELP) how great this place is!
