  • My case took over 3 years, in that time i was asked to resubmit documents 3 or 4 times because my lawyer kept switching assistants. I would tell them I already gave them the documents but theyd ask for them again. I asked for a copy of my police report and it took about 2 years to get that. My lawyer didn't look at the surveillance video from my incident until the night before my deposition 3 YEARS LATER! She recommended me to submit an offer, their lawyers countered with 10% of my offer and she told me to take it. Then she tried to take 90% of what they were giving me. Such an effing waist of time!
