  • it was ok. their website offered a chair massage that would address upper torso tension and knots. it's not a "massage chair"... its a lay flat chair, not a big deal. what i got was a regular foot massage and back rub. i repeatedly asked her to work on my shoulder blade knots. she'd work it for 30 seconds and then off to another part. ugh! language was a barrier. she just nodded alot and ignored my requests. on leaving she hovered outside the curtains while i dressed. waiting for the tip i'm sure. she spoke in chinese to the receptionist at the desk while he ran my cc to tell him how much i tipped. i just found it to be so rude and tacky. he sent me off without any of the common courtesies. didnt ask how the service was, no thank you, no goodbye. i'm not returning and they probably don't care.
