  • The online sign in is complete crap, avoid this location, very poor customer service.banner urgent care should be avoided in general. There is nothing urgent about anything they do. The nurse practitioners or dr are ok once you get in, but the process to get in is cumbersome at best and more misleading than anything. There login in advance is a farce, don't use it and avoid banner Urgent care.
