rev:text	This place is running a scam. They are selling discount cards for $30 each that include service discounts and 3 free oil changes if you pay for tax and disposal. They partner with Super Saver Auto Care that sells these cards. The only problem is that when you try to make an appointment they will not schedule you one. The cards expire in one year after purchase. We Bought two of these cards that expire on Jan. 31. We have only been able to get past the gatekeeper for three of our six oil changes so far. I've heard every excuse in the book for not being able to get in. I've even been asked if I'm going to buy anything then they can get me in. I've been told they only take two a day and there booked for two months out. They only take them Mon. Through Thursday until 3:00 I believe they said. The manager said hey I have a boss to answer to. The last time I got in I had to tell them I would buy high mileage oil to even get in. The manager made it sound like they were busy, when I get down there they only have about two cars in the rear garage and they are all standing around smoking. that tells me that they would rather do nothing rather than accommodate a customer. Even if you tell them your card is going to expire they Don' t care. So they break their legal agreement to provide service, that constitutes fraud on their part. Plus they're rude on top of that. This is clearly a shady business model and I now wouldn't recommend taking your car there at all. I t looks like they just blow people off until their cards expire. I was in the automotive business for many years and have come across people like this in places I've worked. They are rooted out for very poor customer service, or worse. We called Super Saver as well and they Don't care either, so once they have your money it's bye bye. I wouldn't recommend buying anything from them either. There are lots of honest places to take your car, so stay away from the bottom feeders that sell false promises.
