  • We were staying at Encore and needed a bite to eat - while cruising around Encore then Wynn, we saw Stratta and decided to check it out. We both wanted breakfast food for dinner but didn't want to go a cafe for a muffin. Stratta has a late night menu (it was around 11 pm when my husband and I went). The restaurant was not that crowded, we ended up at a table where we can watch the people in the casino. Food was PHENOMENAL! I ordered Three Eggs (scrambled, came with yummy Italian sausage and Ciabatta roll) and my husband ordered Steak & Eggs (also came with Ciabatta roll). We both were amazed at how good the food was. The only thing that lacked was the service. Everyone was very friendly but it took a long time for our waitress to come to us after we'd finished eating. - This seemed to be the theme we noticed at the restaurants in Encore and Wynn: great food, really slow service (but friendly!).
