STAY AWAY!
I went with my wife to discuss the use of bioidenticals for perimenopausal symptoms. We let him know up front that we were on a budget and he does not accept insurance. $400 for the 1st visit, along with a few bottles of herbs and a small bottle of bioidenticals along with a lab slip for tests. End total was over $500. (So much for a budget). The follow up appt was $200, and a prescription for more bioidenticals. The instructions were to "listen" to your body to see how much you need. Ok, 50mg? 500mg? Take with her period, stop? There are 5 rights a patient has when it comes to medications and the physician is there to oversee this. All we received was muscle testing. We were told twice (once on two separate occasions) that buying the bioidenticals directly from their office was cheaper than going to a compounding pharmacy. (Still no actual prescribing guidelines). When I picked up the bottles, (another 200+) there was a compounding label on the bottle. I called the pharmacy for a price quote and was HALF of what we were charged. Also, it appears all the positive comments are made from his wife. She really shouldn't use her initials for a log in. Total scam operation. Went to Valhalla office instead. Receiving comprehensive care for MUCH less with actual supervision and endpoint, not an endless money cycle. Don't make the same mistake we did. This shattered our trust we were hoping for going to a physician that supposedly specializes in complimentary medicine. Looking into filing complaint with the Nevada medical board.
