  • I am going to make it plain and simple. They do not have any concern when it comes to the safety and well being of their renters. My A/C had so many service calls I lost count which is not the real issue. The issue is that I was threatened and verbally assaulted by their vendor that they sent out to repair the HVAC system and when I requested a different vendor be sent as I did not feel comfortable having them in my home with my wife and child. Their response to me was that I would need to take time off from work so I could be there with them they where not going to send out another vendor. When they finally replaced the A/C unit my power bills where hitting $600 a month the same vendor left all the packaging and trash in my front yard and didn't come to pick it up. It took them over a month to come out and fix the heater when it would not turn on. On my Move in check list we listed one of the burners as broken, we submitted requests to have it replaced. Even though it was listed on my movie in report they are still charging me for the replacement out of my security deposit. When an HOA fee for weeds was added to our account they charged me a late fee on my account as they do not accept partial payments and I had to pay it using the same process as my rent so I had to accept a late fee or pay my rent 2 weeks early. They did remove the late fee but it required intervention on my part which is not acceptable.
