  • We have lived here for 3 years, the apartment is great! No complaints on the living situation, the hallways are always well kept and the apartment we moved into had upgraded appliances and granite countertops. 2 bedroom 1 bath- very spacious! HOWEVER... 3 years ago the office staff was beyond amazing! Very helpful and quick to fix whatever issues we had. Now they office staff is AWFUL!!!! They are very rude over the phone, when asking to speak to a manager they make a billion excuses as to why we cannot speak to them, they do not even make an effort to help any of our current issues and their maintenance is always understaffed. I have never felt so disrespected and talked down upon. This apartment complex used to be one of the top in the area but unfortunately their customer service has completely turned me off on renewing our contract for another year which is a shame. I DO NOT RECOMMEND The Polo Club to anyone, it is just a complete headache to deal with anyone there! BE VERY CAUTIOUS
