  • FYI, this place is called "Rayne Spa" now. It was called Oshun Spa when it was apparently a spa/meth lab exposed on the Danforth. Who knew. Stopped in here today, in one of those blissful, hard-to-come-by moments in life when someone is watching your kid, your work is done (at least the important parts) and you have precisely 43 minutes to yourself before you have to be back to the grind. I didn't have an appointment but they were able to accommodate an eyebrow wax with minimal waiting. The esthetician was so lovely and friendly and before I knew it, I had new, tidy eyebrows. Then, to my delight, Tuesdays and Thursdays are 15% off services! And today, my friends, was a mothereffing Tuesday. Amazing. The spa itself is lovely, tranquil and makes you forget you're near to the busy intersection of Danforth & Broadview. A really lovely experience. I'll be back when I have more time for another service.
