  • I have to update my review as of lately. I still go to Iguana Macks pretty regularly because it's in my neighborhood. But things have changed. Some of the management left (don't know details), and with them all the nice staff. Where are they??? I don't recognize managers or servers anymore. It's as if 1/2 the people just quit and left. And don't take me wrong, the new servers are ok. But just ok. They don't seem to go the extra mile like the ones before. The ones that are still around from before have excellent customer service skills, so I'm guessing the new management is not training the same way? Also, I remember managers used to walk around, talking to people. Now I don't even know who the manager is. I don't know, Iguana Mack's. You have lost spirit. Can you please find it again?
