  • I like tory burch and I bought shoes handbag from them online and today I bought a wallet from the store in Scottsdale. Just like usual I don't have a good experience with their customer service, that is the reason why I usually do online shopping with tory burch. I don't know if it's just because me looks very young or I'm Asian, the ppl there don't greet me most time when I go to that store. Today, when I am buying my wallet, the employee seems like just want to finish conversation with me as soon as possible( maybe she think I wasn't going to buy it). After she drop the receipt, without saying bye she just walk away to talk to someone else... I have never had this kinda experience before....
