Horrible Customer Service......Brand new customer....they set my account whereas the setting didn't allow me to receive any bills or notifications via regular mail or email. Never received a bill, but no problem receiving "Late Notice" call where they charged $65 late fee. I set up payment online a couple days later and kindly asked to have fee waived because I never received any notification of bill being due. They were unwilling to make any concessions. Not the right move if you want to keep customers long term.
