I go to Vegas five or six times a year and more often than not I rent a car. I used to always rent from Dollar and always hated the line to get a car. I would see the short to non-existent lines at Enterprise and always say to myself "I need to rent from them next time I'm here". I made he switch about a year ago and it was a great decision. They usually have almost no line when I'm there and the customer service is great. The cars are clean and ready when you are. After checking in at the counter I the main level you go to an office up stairs where you are greeted by a friendly employee who shows you the cars in the class you book and make a selection. They seem to be priced higher than others but it's worth it. The cars are better and you'll spent a ton of time waiting in line at a discount rental company. And they are listed on Costco Travel's website so you get a discount and added benefits as well. One time the guy showing me the cars commented my discount was bigger than his employee discount. I've already booked my car for my next trip.
