  • Okay, so basically, I only come to this post office because it's convenient. It is very close to my place. This location is across from the UNLV in a small shopping center. Parking is limited, especially during lunch hour. Pros: 1. Convenience 2. Helpful staff 3. Every time I've been here, this location has been clean. Cons: 1. LONG lines!! 2. At times they don't have any of the priority boxes or envelopes available. 3. The workers always give me different answers for things..get your stories straight!! I do have a big complaint about this place. I don't know if it's the people, the information that they are given, or it's something else. So, I do a lot of selling on ebay. I always provide tracking on all my items that I ship out. Normally I would just print off a paypal label as it comes with tracking automatically, but at the moment I don't have a printer. So, when I drop off packages, I always ask for a tracking number on my items. A few trips ago, I was informed by one of the ladies that worked there, that I didn't need to pay for tracking as they put some sort of tracking on all their items so the post office can track each item. She told me that they only charge if the person actually asks for tracking. So, I went with what she told me and didn't get a tracking number on each of the packages. When she gave me the receipt, she showed me the PID# and told me to use that as the tracking instead of the traditional tracking. I did go home and used that and it worked perfectly for me. The next time I went to the post office, I tried this again with another lady and she said there is no way to track a package unless you pay for tracking!! We tried to explain to her what the other lady said, but she kept on saying we can't do that..if I wanted to be able to track a package, I would have to pay for it!! So frustrating!! I'll give it to her that maybe she didn't know about being able to track a package with a PID#, but who knows..
