  • Showed up early (1220) for my 1230 appointment. Vehicle was due for an alignment. Vehicle did not enter the device area until 1:40pm. An hour and 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. Vehicle was not released to me until nearly 3pm. The only adjustments made to my vehicle were was the toe alignment. A VERY simple adjustment. Unacceptable. If I did not previously purchase the alignment for life program I would not return here. Was I ever told sorry for my 2.5 hr wait time for a simple toe adjustment? Nope. I will probably not return there even though I have the life alignment program. I'll cut my losses. What a joke.
