  • Years and years ago I wrote a review about this place that said the following: They do not give you catalogs, even the ones you signed up for They only allow 4 names total on the boxes, which is troublesome because I use several names to anonymize my mail. This was before yelp, I am not sure where I even wrote the review. They literally wrote back something like "Don't listen to this person! This person has been kicked out of four businesses!" Er... I spent 25 years in 85255, I didn't get kicked out of a single business, although I was told to quiet down once while eating with friends at a restaurant that has since closed. Anyways, I only saw this the other day when googling my name (don't pretend you don't do it, too) and had never before seen that reply. Now seeing on Yelp, they respond to all of the negative reviews that way hahaha. Go to the people in the Safeway complex* at Scottsdale and Pinnacle Peak, they have THE BEST service over there, with bigger boxes, better prices, and any name you gosh-darn please. They even forwarded my mail after I moved for a fee. But really they were awesome. PostalMax sucks, still, apparently. *If it's still there. I haven't lived there for several years. *Update: LOL Look at that response!! Still the same old sad, bitter owner. I've been around - to other establishments than yours who actually send me my mail! ;)
