  • I maintain my 4 star rating. They recently sealed the ducts in our home and they were very fast and professional. They always send out friendly, knowledgeable techs to help and take care of business. The only thing I can say I don't like is their consistent sales demeanor. I understand it, but if I call you out for my 6 month check up, I expect you to do that and only that unless there is a SERIOUS problem. I don't want to hear about expensive options or be sat down and talked to about things that aren't necessary after you've done your 6 month check.
