I'd like to think that eating a McDonald's breakfast is a treat, at least it always start off that way. With the introduction of those self-serve machines, one would think that there would be more cooks and less cashiers. I don't know, something feels a little off at this location...the cashier works as fast as 3 front line staff lol. Kudos to the person who was working at cash, he did a super fine job keeping the lines short (initially). He even did the drinks, and did it right! The management here is not doing a good job, it takes them forever to process one order...c'mon you are at a prime location here. And I'm specifically talking about orders that involve food. I'm not ordering a McDonald's breakfast at 6pm, I'm ordering one at 8am. How are you staffing your people?
Anyhow, McDonald's thrives on fast service, haven't they watched "The Founder"?
