  • I've been dealing with freeway for almost a year ago..I'm trying to trade in my vehicle BUT once again the staff is very rude just like last year the people n the parts department...All I want is to trade nd when I call I'm either sent to someone's Vmail or they don't have time to talk over the Phone !!! This one guy told me We are Very busy on the Floor nd We are waiting for more employees to come in!! Ok so I guess my service or sales isn't important!!!Left numerous Vmails nd NO One has returned my call.... Smh
