  • Friendly Ford should change their name to ill tempered Ford I think. I was trying to lease a vehicle and had a promotion in hand, which stated 179/month, which magically turned into a $500/mo payment. They claimed I didn't qualify for all of the rebates, which is fine, I understand that but then they told me that they sold all of the vehicles specifically for that ad (when it was just put up on their website that day). Then, they changed their mind and now they had vehicles after I attempted to walk out. Didn't end up leasing with this dealership, their salesman are professional to a certain point, then that gets thrown out the window and that explains why their showroom was mostly empty of any potential customers. Will not be going back to Ford as a result of my experience with this dealership. UPDATE 07-25-15 I've since obtained a vehicle from Autonation Toyota without any hassle, and actually got more car for the money than I was ever offered at Ford. Also, I asked them to stop calling me every other day, including opting out of their "subscribed" emails (also known as SPAM) and yet they still email me, a few times a week asking if I'm still interested in a car....no I'm not, and apparently this dealership is so desperate for customers, they even cold call and harass people who walk out on them. Again, if you want to avoid headaches and unnecessary stress, avoid this dealership. UPDATE 10-09-15 Well the headaches have apparently found their way into Autonation Toyota as well. Just do yourself a favor, buy a car in cash, or take a bus. Don't screw with either of these dealerships as they absolutely DO NOT have your interests in mind, nor to they ever intend on helping you or advising you if you have questions beyond the initial salesman/manager. UPDATE 10-28-15 Well its now over three months later, Friendly Ford is still harassing me via email spam. I've opted out of it three times now, yet they come almost every week magically. If you work for the internet department, please remove my email from your internal list of spamming. I will never purchase a vehicle from this location (see the above paragraphs).
