  • The worst customer service I have ever had at a post office. The old guy with the southern accent is a lazy pos and doesn't deserve to work with the public. I came in to take care of my business and he refused to help. He would not listen and would not complete the necessary details to complete my transaction. He pretended to walk to the back to check the fax and hold letter area but didn't really do it. Hopefully he is removed from the desk area because he is surely not capable of of even a 1* rating.
