  • Pros: Comfortable relaxation area and loungers. Very clean facilities. Good selection of snacks. Cons: LOTS. Starting with the valet. We had to wait a good amount of time for anyone to help us. The front desk said they were "backed up" but there was not one other car in the entrance area. The Spa Reception area is very cramped and not appealing. The MAIN reason for a negative review is the automatic 20% gratuity that is added upon payment. I think it should be left to the client what gratuity they think is appropriate. This automatic charge should be disclosed to customers upon booking. Additionally, the services were inconsistent. The masseuse used way too much oil/lotion. The facialist was too concerned with ambiance over technique. She was very kind, but rushed her application and some of the product was actually dripping in my eyes. There was also an uncomfortably long period of time where she did let me "rest" and stood to the side, which was frustrating after the rushing of the product application. There was also no medical forms or disclosures to fill out and not much was asked about my medical history. For the price you end up paying, this place was a miss for me. Keep looking.
