  • How do I begin... breakfast buffet... multiple hairs in the scrambled eggs... That was enough to turn me off for thr breakfast.... Even in the military, the food was better than this... USAF.... Ever hav issues with points... yup, me too... On almost every occasion I visit, I have to chase the customer service desk to get military added back onto my account.... not to mention senior (over 50)... This trip, same person was at the counter (Beaverly) not very helpful unless it is on the computer infront of her... not willing to leave or get someone to assist the customer... Does not nor did she make me fell very welcome.... I went to Aria Casino where was made to fell very welcome... I commented to Beaverly about the lack of points (supposed to be 10x) the points on slots and only received 60 on a $10.00 played and lost... She said "Your Wrong - You did NOT play $10.00" when in fact I did... I used 2 machines by splitting up the amount. ... Never argue... she is always right... I lost my desire for this spot and now will make Aria my new spot in Vegas... FAMILY, FRIENDS, NEIGHBORS, go ANYWHERE ELSE... BETTER ATTITUDES... Contacted by customer service - complaint department and was told sorry you had a bad review of us but did not volunteer to correct anything.. Good Bye...
