  • Highly recommend this place for all your computer repair needs! I gave my laptop to them on Friday because it wouldn't boot and into stuck in the startup loop when I tried to do a factory reset. The people at Geek Squad quoted me an absurd price just to run a diagnostic on it. I walked in to Hyperion Works and the lady there was very courteous and polite. I was told I would get a call after they ran a diagnostic which would take 24 hours, since they were closed over the weekend I expected a call today i.e. Monday. The lady called me and told me what was wrong and the first option and if that didn't work she suggested a full restore. If the first option did not work, they would do the full restore and only charge me for that, which I was really surprised by. Their prices are extremely reasonable and they genuinely care about their customers. I would even pay more because I don't feel like they are trying to gyp me like so many other places. I got my laptop back and they did an amazing job, I have no issues at all!
