  • I called to cancel my membership in January as I never go to this gym. At first it was ok but the machines are dirty and the members don't clean after themselves like at LVAC. Besides that the staff isn't the friendliest. Hiring teenagers is completely absurd and f they aren't teens than ... Well... Anyhow I called today and this Smart Elic kid is very condescending and rude. I told him I spoke to a girl in January and she told me my membership was cancelled. He chuckled at me and said "Naw that means anyone can call and say it's you and cancel your account" ..... Ummmm is this kid a Noob or what. Does he not understand most accounts cancelled are via phone ? Is this some new thing where I am completely left out of the loop? nope the kid is just a Douche. Brandon you are a complete unworthy person to service any customers. Instead of being polite and understanding you were completely rude and condescending. My next step is to file a complaint with the BBB against this entity at Arroyo Crossing.
