This place could be so good! But unfortunately, it's not.
Front Desk 101- Learn how to interact with the public. Greet guests as they walk in and make them the priority. Don't bitch to other workers about the state of things in front of guests.
I have had the unfortunate experience with one of the "Learning Leaders" twice. She is very offensive and has an attitude. The next time I go I will specifically ask for a student who does not have this woman as a "Leader". She also does a horrific job of being an advisor to these students. Instead of encouraging them, she interrupts them and seems to make them nervous.
The girl that did my hair did a good job. She died it and it came out nicely- it took a while but that's to be expected.
The mojo in that place stinks though, and the people seem to either be unhappy, painfully nervous, or domineering. I hope it changes. Maybe they should take a look at their "Leaders".
