  • I called Joe about my dryer that was not getting hot. He scheduled me later that same day, called me when he was on the way, and then arrived when he said he would. He charged me the same reasonable price as was quoted over the phone, and made the repair in about 45 minutes. He then went out to his truck to get a shop-vac, and proceeded to clean out all the lint and dust from behind my dryer. He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I will definitely call him again.
