  • To start with, I'm French and I'm a Vegas local. So from time to time I like to find places that remind me of my native country. Mon Ami Gabi is definitely one of these. The typical Parisian decor, right under the Eiffel Tower at the Paris casino... At first, I thought I'd leave this place to visitors. Then I changed my mind and decided to give it a try. And this was just the right decision! The food is awesome. They have a large choice of French dishes, and daily specials displayed on blackboards. We went there yesterday being a party of 10. We waited for less than 10 minutes to reach our table (with a reservation). They bring you some fresh bread and butter while you're having a look at the menu. My side of the table got a seafood platter, with a lobster, some oysters and salmon ceviche. It was super fresh and really tasty. I had the frisee salad with bacon and a poached egg. Perfectly seasoned with a delicious vinaigrette. My friend got a bone-in ribeye steak, medium-rare (French way, of course! Haha), and it was just perfect. What should I say about the tarte Tatin, that reminded me of the one my grandmother used to bake when I was a kid... Chef Vincent came to our table to check if everything was OK. And of course it was! Great job, great location and great service. Definitely recommended!!
