  • Today was my second time going this week to the Purple Penguin on Cactus in Southern Highlands.. I have to say I probably wont be back.I love the snow cones but the guy that took our order was so filthy I wanted to choke! His nails were black with dirt under them. His shirt was dirty and he asked us at least 3 times the same questions about our order. I'm sure he was on something. He had holes in his ears the size of my thumb .Just overall disgusting. I watched to make sure he didn't make our order Or I would have asked for my money back ! Thank god the young lady that was there made it. I have been in food and beverage business for many years and there is no way I would ever hire anyone to serve my food or drinks that looked like that ! If you want to keep your customers I would suggest he cleans up his act! Like I said I wont be back ..too bad I really liked the snow cones..
