  • Let's see...where should I start. Purchased couch and ottoman - special order. Ottoman came after couch - wrong material - they reordered a second ottoman - 8 weeks later it came - again wrong material and a wrong ottoman design Now today...ordered a fridge...delivery time 1-4, it's now 4:35pm - no call, not here yet... more to come 5:04 still not here
