  • Rick and Jodi better known to me as the dynamic duo are fantastic. They very meticulously went through our house measuring and noting the features that would catch a buyers eye. I pride myself on a beautiful and slightly eclectic design style. Jodi very tactfully suggested changes that would appeal to a larger buyer pool. In the end I took every one of her suggestions and realized I loved my home even more than before. When our house finally went up for sale we were ready and well informed. They spent alot of time with us determining the right asking price and we sold it easily for full price. I highly recommend these guys. They are professional and knowledgeable Trust what they tell you. They know the market well!
