  • I was hopeful after reading reviews. However, here I am waiting at 2:23 for my 1:40 apt, best part is two front desk ladies who keep discussing their new years plans haven't explained why the wait is long or even offer a water. Classy. Very non impresed. Of course if I were this behind I'm sure they would make me reschedule. Nice.
