  • Hands down the worst car rental experience I've ever had (and that's saying something). After waiting 40 minutes we got to the front of the lien and we're told that they couldn't add a second driver *and* couldn't take me off the reservation and make my husband the driver. What? That doesn't even make sense. We ended telling them to just cancel the reservation, walked 10 feet down to the next kiosk where Alamo gave us a better car for $13 cheaper and we didn't have to wait 30 minutes. I ended up being grateful couldn't (or refused?) to make a very simply change to our reservation because we had an experience that was so much better at Alamo. Good riddance! I definitely wont be back.
